Emotional Eating is a big topic related to Anxiety. We may make poor food choices when we’re frustrated, lonely, angry, sad, or when we’re in a good mood, etc. While this subject is too broad to be healed in one Prayerful Tapping session, I think Carrie and Erinn give you a good start here.
