Fear of Flying incorporates a whole suite of fears: anxiety and dread making the reservations, fear of missing the flight, feeling triggered by the smell of the plane, etc. Carrie’s guest is Lauren who had such great results she encouraged me to post this recording so others can find freedom from this not-uncommon fear.
