Nutritional Information
Optimal Emotional health is not possible without optimal gut health. Essential neurotransmitters such as Serotonin are produced in a healthy gut microbiome. Fruit and vegetable nutrition is important, but it’s hard to get the variety we need. My family and I have been bridging that nutritional gap simply and effectively with JuicePlus for 20 years. Testimonials for Prayerful Tapping with Carrie
“In July 2019, I attended one of Carrie’s Dream Tapping workshops. I clearly remember sharing that my dream was to someday buy a beautiful big house with my significant other in Tower Grove South. It seemed like such a far-off dream, and I doubted whether that dream would ever become a reality. Carrie is amazing. Her gentle, open demeanor holds a space for others that feels so safe for sharing truths and creating connections. Carrie is a supreme listener, and she guides the group throug the tapping in a seamless way. The conversation and tapping that Carrie faciliated during the workshop left me feeling inspired, capable and hopeful. Her genuine belief that we can all fulfill our dreams is contagious. Nine months later, my partner and I bought our dream house in Tower Grove South. Carrie’s happiness to learn this news matched my own. If you haven’t yet experienced one of Carrie’s tapping workshops, I recommend you do so immediately. It just may change your life.” ~Colleen
“We must focus on our heart and not on our circumstances because our emotions tend to get in the way of God’s plan for our lives whenwe react to them. Prayerful Tapping helps us to achieve an intimate setting in which we can tap directly into what God is wanting us to hear so that we can live to give Him the glory!” 😊 ~Raynie
If you feel at times you are swimming in a cold lake without being able to touch the bottom and wanting to reach release, rest & peace, prayerful tapping maybe for you. PT has provided a way, for me, to find footing, truth, releasing stressors, bringing clarity. The Holy Spirit guides gently into feelings holding us captive to be given insight to more freedom and assurance. ~MLW
I did the prayerful tapping as a group and I’ve done it one on one with Carrie. I must admit I was skeptical at first but I can tell you that it works!
I have tapped about some anxiety and even about a headache and it made both things better.
My son has some anxiety issues and we have tapped to help those as well.
It is a great tool to know. ~Marty
Carrie’s guidance in prayerful tapping help me take control over emotional guilt of not enough time spent with my nephew that passed away and not enough nutritional coaching that might have helped him. These feelings had been lingering and were effecting all areas of my life. Carrie’s tender guidance in her tapping instructions and words helped me get past the guilt and pain that I had suppressed for so long in a very short session. ~ Sheila T
Even though I have known and loved Carrie as a friend and colleague for 15 years, I was very hesitant about entering the world of tapping at first, but Carrie led me very gently into a place of vulnerability and healing thru her gifts.
She is kind, professional and thoughtful as she takes her clients thru their challenges by using Emotional Freedom Techniques.
I highly recommend that others implement this technique with Carrie because it yields positive results that I have not found elsewhere.

Prayerful tapping has been a godsend for me. It has quieted my anxiety and helped me control my anger in many situations. And it has helped me conquer one of my food (drink) addictions. I’ve had no cravings whatsoever for an Iced Mocha since Feb. 2015. It’s been incredible to have conquered that addiction through something as simple as tapping! About a week and a half ago, I “chose” to have one. I feel so comforted knowing I am able to “treat” myself occasionally instead of habitually indulging — and that I no longer need to be fearful of being caught up in this addiction! ~ D.T.
